Return Policies

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR  ORDERS:

Please look over your order as soon as you get it in your hands. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact customer service within 3 business days of receipt of your order. If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 days. You must obtain a Return Approval Code before returning an item. You can contact the store by calling 601.754.0595 or email us at fortysixfivellc@gmail.com  Once the Return Approved item has been received by our staff, an Exchange Code will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.The Exchange Code may be used upon checkout of your new purchase.

Please follow these guidelines when returning items:

    •    Exchanges must be received at our store no later than 5 days from the delivery date of your order.

    •    All SALE or Discounted items are FINAL and cannot be exchanged.

    •    Items previously exchanged are not eligible for exchange.

    •    All jewelry and belts are FINAL and cannot be returned/exchanged.

    •    No Refunds.

    •    All Exchange items must remain un-washed, un-worn, no make up, no damage, odor free and with the original tags still attached.

    •    The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the exchanged item(s). We encourage you to get a tracking number for your package, as this can help our team provide a specific estimate for when you can expect your Exchange Code to be processed.

    •    Items damaged by customer in opening the package are not eligible for exchange.

    •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
